Objective
Republic Bank wanted to promote awareness of their mobile banking products in a creative and interactive way.
Solution
Interapt used Republic Bank branch marquees to promote a text-to-win campaign, with the grand prize winner receiving a new iPod touch. When participants texted in their entry, a reply message promoting Republic Bank’s online and mobile banking solutions was sent back to them. Contestants were also asked to "opt-in" to receive 2-3 Republic Bank text alerts per month. Republic Bank also sponsored live polling on a local network TV station using our InteraptTV Polling solution.
Results
In the first week, Republic Bank saw over 1500 entries, with 20% asking for more info and signing up for text tips, announcements and promotional messages for their banking products.
